What are Actions?

Actions are tasks that come up as a result of the auditing process.

For example, say you are auditing for the cleanliness of the lobby area, and the answer to the checklist question asking if hand sanitizer is available, is ‘No'. If you want this concern to be addressed, you can set up an Action for the ‘No’ response, wherein the Action requires the hand sanitizer to be refilled as soon as possible.

Actions can be of different priorities: Low, Medium, High or Critical.

Once an action is created, it will be marked as 'Open', and it will be considered complete after it is marked as 'Closed' by a user.
