Create Action based on User Responses
You can automatically trigger an Action based on responses provided by the user while performing an Audit. This gives you the ability to flag problems as soon as they are observed during the Audit, which can help fix the problem promptly.
To create an automatic action based on an audit, you will have to update the checklist that has been used in that audit.
First, go to the page of the desired audit (from list of Audits which is accessible from the left navigation bar on your screen). E.g., Workplace Safety audit.

Note which checklist has been used to create this Audit, e.g., Workplace Safety checklist.
Go to the Checklists tab (accessible from the left navigation bar on your screen) and open this checklist.
Once you are on the Update Checklist page, scroll to the desired question/create a new one.
For certain responses in your questions, you may want to create a task for your user to perform. To do this, click on the
Create Action button next to the corresponding response label. The fields for creating an Action will appear, as shown below.

Choose the relevant Action Category from the available list, assign issue priority (Low, Medium, High, or Critical) depending on the urgency of the task, and add a description for that action.
Once you publish the checklist, the
“Unfavourable” label will be visible next to the corresponding response in your checklist, indicating that some Action has been created for this reponse.
Now, when the user performs the audit, and if they choose the response that has been flagged as Unfavourable while creating the checklist, then the Action associated with that response will be created automatically by the system, and will be visible to users depending on their Role permissions.
Admin users will find it in the Actions tab on both mobile and desktop. They can assign this Action to the desired user, so that the user can do the needful to address the concern.
