You can configure automatic notifications to be sent to users with specific Roles, when a new Action gets created, if Action Status changes, or if it gets resolved. E.g., you can choose to notify users with Admin role, whenever there is a change in Action Status.
You will not have to configure an SLA for each and every action to avail this feature. Instead, Auditflo provides the opportunity to establish automatic notifications using the Roles functionality.
To achieve this, click on Settings in the left navigation bar and select the Roles tab.
On the Roles page, click on the Edit button for the Role where you want to provide automatic notifications. You may create a new role instead, using the + New Role button if necessary.
On the next screen, scroll down to the Notification Settings section, and select the action options for which you want users to be notified, along with the channel (app push notification, Email, Whatsapp).
Scroll down and click on the Save button.
Now, based on the selected options above, whenever there is a change to an Action in terms of creation/status/resolution, the users having that Role will receive a notification on the selected channel(s).
