Company Info

Once you have registered your account and created a company, you can modify and provide certain details, as described below.

Access Company Info

Click on the Settings tab at the left navigation pane of your Auditflo screen, and select the Company Info tab shown below.

The Company Info page will open on the next screen.

It consists of 2 tabs: Company Details and Preferences. Both are described below.

Company Details

You can provide a picture for your company by clicking on the pencil icon and uploading an image.

You can edit the name of your company under Company Name. Simply type in the new name, and click on the Update button.

When the company was created, a Primary Industry had been selected. However, if you feel that a different industry is more suited to your business requirements, you can update your industry.

To do so, click on the Industry dropdown. Select the desired option from the given list, and click on Update.

The following dialog box will be displayed if the changes have been updated successfully.

Preferences

Report Format

You can set the Report Format that should be used for Completed Audits. Audit reports will display information based on the format you select.

There are 4 available formats. Hover over each card to know the format name, and click on the eye icon to expand the desired format. This will display a sample image of the report having that format.

To know more about report formats, please see the Select Report Format section in: Audits: Create, Edit and Delete Audits.

To set the report format, click on the desired image, it will get highlighted as shown below.

Click on the Update button once you are satisfied with your changes.

Notification Lead Time for Upcoming Audits

You can set the amount of time before an audit within which you want to notify the user about an upcoming audit, so that users will have time to prepare for the audit.

Note: If you do not provide a lead time value, users will be notified 30 minutes before an upcoming audit by default.

E.g., if you want to inform users about upcoming audits 1 hour in advance, you can enter 60 minutes as the duration.

Simply enter the desired duration (in minutes) under Send upcoming audit notification.

Click on the Update button once you are satisfied with your changes.

Notification Lead Time for Pending Audits

There may be many audits scheduled that users have to perform. To avoid displaying a long list of pending audits, you can set the number of days prior to an audit, from which the pending audit will be displayed to the user.

Note: If you do not provide a lead time value, pending audits will be displayed from the day of the audit onwards, i.e., 0 days before the audit by default.

Click on the Update button once you are satisfied with your changes.
